India | Goa and cashew season
Goa is very proud of its cashew production. I love the fruits when ripe, squeeze them with your hand, the aroma will fill the room, and drink the fresh juice. Cashew fruits also called cashew apple, and the nut is actually a seed that grows outside the fruits.
This gallery was a few days spent going to the cashew plantation of a generous guy named Cesar in South Goa. He welcomed us in his home and asked us to have a fun day in his Cashew farms that produce Feni, or local alcohol made from fermented Cashew fruits.
